Typography Face with CorelDRAW

Typography Tutorial with CorelDRAW is structured as simple as possible so that anyone can understand and do it with all versions of CorelDRAW used.

Well, without extending the preamble let's get started.

 


1. Open your Corel and import a face photo. If they try to convert full color to grayscale (black and white). Then adjust the picture contrast and brightness levels.

2. Selection of image / photo and click the top menu EFFECTS> TRANSFORM> Posterize. Set the level to a 4 or according to taste. The results are more or less visible as below

3. Now we will create the desired text. In this case we can copy and paste text on your corel HELP. Copy writing is the Paragraph Text Tool and use so you can easily adjust the font size, line spacing and adjust the spacing between lines. Fill the photo with a sentence or just copy-paste

 4. In this condition, note the position of some text to the picture plane, the point is that the text can still be formed in the image plane.

When you have felt enough, now Paragraph Text to Curve by clicking the right mouse button and select CONVERT TO CURVE.

Further Use POWER CLIP. How the selection image / photo and select menu EFFECTS> PowerClip> PLACE INSIDE CONTAINER ... and the arrows point to the posts. Finally click the mouse (left click) select a cross (X) in the Color Palette to clear color. 

5. You can also create display with a black background objects by adding black box behind.

  

















Things to note are:

    1. Posterize process and setting the size of the paper and the density of the letters / words.
    2. Process and detailed grayscale image / photo.
    3. In posterize mode we can still re-place color as desired.
    4. In Paragraph Text we can still do a lot of editing.
